Ann Domingos, LCSW-R, CADC

Chief Executive Officer

Ann Domingos, LCSW-R, CADC has 20 years of experience in the field of Addiction, working at and managing various programs in both New York and Connecticut. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Credentialed Addictions Counselor in both New York and Connecticut. Ann has been with CASA-Trinity, Inc. for almost 6 years. Within that short time frame Ann has grown the organization tremendously and has been at the forefront of positioning CASA -Trinity, Inc. as a leader in behavioral health in the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier regions. Ann has served on several non-profit boards and advisory committees that support behavioral health initiatives. She spent most of her life in Steuben County, NY and has 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family in her spare time.

Tatiana Zentz, MS, CASAC

Rachel Pena, CPP

Chief Operating Officer of Prevention, Strategy and Promotion

Ms. Pena was raised in Livingston County. Rachel graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in Sociology and has over 19 years’ experience in the prevention field. Rachel oversees the prevention programs in Livingston, Chemung, Cattaraugus and Tioga County. She also serves as a facilitator on several committees and boards around behavioral health in Livingston County. 

Michael Prutsman

Chief Development and Engagement Officer

Michael Prutsman has been in the addictions field for close to 25 years, all of which was at the Council on Addiction Recovery Services, prior to its merger with CASA-Trinity in April 2022.  Michael spent the early part of his years at CAReS in the Prevention Department, serving as a Prevention Specialist, Prevention Program Supervisor, and Director of Prevention.  During that time Michael initiated Healthy Cattaraugus County: A Drug Free Coalition, which has as its primary goal the reduction of underage drinking and marijuana use, and the consequences endured by 5th-12th grade youths in Cattaraugus County.​ He, along with his team, initiated this coalition in 2009.  He has written successful state and federal grants to support the mission of the coalition.

In 2013, Michael’s path at CAReS changed quite dramatically as he became the Associate Director with oversite of Corporate Compliance and Quality Improvement for CAReS.  With this change came an understanding of the clinical and residential aspects of not only CAReS but the field of addictions as a whole.

In January 2016 Michael was named the Executive Director of CAReS by the non-profit organization’s Board of Directors.  Michael’s vision for CAReS is that the agency was to lead agency relative to addictions in the county, with a concentrated emphasis on dealing with the present heroin/opiate epidemic.

Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Science in Labor and Policy Studies with a concentration in Human Resources from Empire State College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in History and Secondary Education from the State University of New York at Geneseo, NY.

Michael also serves in ministry at Hillside Wesleyan Church in Olean, NY, where his is a Ministerial Student moving towards ordination in the Wesleyan Church.

Michael currently lives in Olean, NY, with his wife, April, and two dogs, which at any time are rescues.  He also has a family farm, formerly a dairy farm, in Troupsburg, NY, in Steuben County.  Michael, April, and the dogs spend much of the “warmer” months at the farm, particularly weekends.

Michael is also an avid musician who plays electric guitar and bass guitar.  He is also a vocalist and songwriter and dabbles in sound engineering.  He also enjoys outdoor activities such as paddle sports, running, archery, and bass and flyfishing.

Kelly began at CASA-Trinity in 2021 as a Controller within our Finance Department. Her role includes Finance management with accounts payable, receivable, streamlining processes and more. Kelly holds degrees in Mathematics and Applied Economical Mathematics. When not at work, she’s out exploring hiking trails, cooking, and spending quality time with her wife and 4 pooches.

Brittany assists the COO in overseeing CASA-Trinity’s outpatient SUD programs as well as the Outreach & Engagement and HHUNY Care Management programs. She is passionate about being an ally to those seeking treatment and recovery and removing barriers to successful outcomes.

Brie Hogan

Vice President of Human Resources

Brie is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications. Brie has over 10 years’ experience in Ops/HR and continues to grow and learn within the organizations that she has served. She understands the power of effective Human Resources management and has a longstanding interest in the importance of employee relations, compliance, benefits and attracting and maintaining a positive culture within an organization. CASA-Trinity has been a crucial learning experience. Brie looks forward to the future growth of the agency and future growth as a leader within the agency. Brie resides in Hornell, NY, with her husband Josh, and their two young sons.

Jennifer, our Senior Vice President of Healthcare Strategy & Analytics, has been an integral part of the
CASA-Trinity team since 2016. With a BS in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College, she brings extensive experience and expertise to her role.

Jennifer is deeply passionate about quality healthcare and helping others. Her leadership of the Data Analytics Department reflects her commitment to leveraging data-driven insights for better patient outcomes. She is dedicated to advancing integrated whole-person value-based care, ensuring that CASA-Trinity remains at the forefront of innovation in healthcare delivery. A skilled project manager, Jennifer excels in driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Her strategic vision and collaborative approach empower our team to adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape and meet the needs of our community effectively. As Senior VP of Healthcare Strategy & Analytics, Jennifer is committed to guiding CASA-Trinity towards continued growth and success, ensuring that we remain a trusted partner in delivering exceptional care to those we serve.
